1. Introduction
Elyon (“we”, “us”) provides an AI-assisted Scripture companion. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Contact: [email protected].
2. Information we collect
Account details (email, display name, auth providers), usage of study and creation features, optional profile fields, prayer-wall content you choose to post, device/app diagnostics, and payment metadata from Stripe or Apple (we do not store full card numbers).
3. AI processing
Questions, reflections, and creation prompts may be sent to subprocessors (such as large language and media model providers) to generate answers and media. Do not submit sensitive personal data you are not comfortable processing. AI output can be imperfect and is not pastoral, medical, or legal advice.
4. Payments
Web subscriptions and credit packs are processed by Stripe. iOS in-app subscriptions are processed by Apple. You may use a web-purchased plan inside the iOS app after signing in. Purchases started inside the iOS app use Apple In-App Purchase.
5. Children
Elyon is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not ask for birthdates.
6. Retention and deletion
You may delete your account in the app under More → Delete account. That removes your Elyon account and associated server data. If you subscribed through the App Store, also cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions so Apple stops charging. You may also email [email protected].
7. Tracking
We do not use App Tracking Transparency / IDFA for cross-app advertising. Product analytics, if enabled, are used to improve Elyon and are described in App Store privacy labels.
